If I could give this establishment a 20 out of 10 I would 100 stars ...I mean Im 64 and the lost art of customer service frustrates me to no end. I but flowers occasionally from LZ Florist and every time they have been fantastic. I recently purchased 1 dozen roses for my wife who was having hip replacement the next day they just didn't look great I took a pic and a few days later went in showed 2 employees the picture we had good conversation and they asked I send them to the owner the next day I didn't get to it and 2 days later the owner calls me offers me the offers me a full refund and to send me a new dozen I say no just a new dozen ...she refunded me and when I got home 2 hrs later a beautiful rose arrangement arrived it absolutely made our day and has brightened ever post surgery day for my wife. Every employee asked how my wife was doing ...off the charts LZ florist you knocked it out if the park ! Sincerely A old person with renewed faith in customer service! Excellent! I called about 2 pm on Friday with the intent of having flowers delivered on Saturday or Monday and by 4:20 pm I received the delivery confirmation. My cousin texted me at 5:50 pm to say the flowers were LOVELY!!!!! Extremely fast service. A pleasure to deal with.
